May 27- June 5
A Week-Long Eucharistic Celebration with special honor to Eucharistic Adoration and Pentecost.
Our week-long celebration includes a Pentecost Novena, Extended Pentecost Vigil Mass, Eucharistic Adoration Celebration, a Pentecost Family Project, opportunities to serve our neighbor in His name, and the OLPH Parish Family Picnic.
Also, this June, we celebrate 25 years of Eucharistic Adoration at OLPH! In 1997, in a small side chapel, a group of parishioners and our pastor began to adore our Lord in Eucharistic Adoration for 24 hours each Friday. Today, we continue this worship in a dedicated chapel over three days each week.
Let us EXALT God in this dedicated week of celebration, for He is the only one worthy to be Exalted!
Friday, May 27 – Friday, June 3, 7:00 pm
Novenas are a traditional form of prayer consisting of public or private prayers repeated for nine consecutive days. The Pentecost Novena has biblical roots. Jesus tells his disciples to pray together after His ascension into heaven, so they gather in the upper room, the “cenacle,” in constant prayer for the coming of the Holy Spirit, as Jesus had promised (Act 1:6-14).
Saturday, June 4th | 10 am | Church & Harrison Hall
Family Pentecost Celebration

Families will enjoy refreshments and children will create their own kites to fly with a focus on how the Holy Spirit moves us and powers us.

Pentecost Extended Vigil Mass & Eucharistic Adoration Celebration in Church with Fellowship time to follow
Fifty days after Jesus rose from the dead, the Holy Spirit was poured out on Mary and the Apostles as they waited in prayer and vigil. Please consider joining us at OLPH as we await the descent of the Holy Spirit and celebrate the birth of the Church together. This special Mass will include additional scripture, prayer, and worship. The evening continues with fellowship around the fire pit!
Sun June 5 after the 5 pm Mass
